Go to “My Orders” → “Request Return”.

Select the item, choose a reason for return, and upload supporting photos (if required).

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to AmJanna’s or the seller’s error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), shipping is free.

For other reasons (change of mind, size issue, etc.), the customer may need to cover return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
