1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

    • In its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • Certain products are non-returnable, such as:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

    • Personal care and hygiene products

    • Digital downloads, software, or gift cards

    • Customized or personalized items


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Log in to your AmJanna account.

  2. Go to “My Orders” → “Request Return”.

  3. Select the item, choose a reason for return, and upload supporting photos (if required).

  4. Our support team will review your request within 2–5 business days and provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to AmJanna’s or the seller’s error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), shipping is free.

  • For other reasons (change of mind, size issue, etc.), the customer may need to cover return shipping costs.

  • Use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage until your return is processed.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Some refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.

  • If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report it within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • AmJanna or the seller will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


7. Seller Policies

AmJanna is a global marketplace with multiple sellers.

  • Each seller may have their own specific return terms.

  • All sellers must comply with AmJanna’s minimum 30-day return standard.

  • The final decision may depend on the seller’s return inspection and AmJanna’s review.
